Techstep to provide pan-Nordic IT and mobile solutions to Recover Nordic Group

Techstep has signed a new pan-Nordic IT agreement to provide and operate a complete mobile solution for Recover Nordic Group, the regional market leader in damage control services to insurance and private business. Deliveries include hardware, software, device management, service and support.

Techstep has operated Recover’s IT platform in Norway since 2014 and in Sweden since earlier in 2018. The ability to provide a comprehensive and scalable Nordic offering led to the renewal and extension of the agreement. Recover Nordic is a fast-growing company with 1,800 employees across 100 branch offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

“Recover Nordic has strict uptime and operational stability requirements. We look forward to continuing our good cooperation with Recover across the Nordic region and help their employees get their work done smarter, faster and better”, says Jens Haviken, CEO in Techstep.

Total potential contract value is estimated to NOK 54 million over three years. The agreement includes an option to extend the duration for two more years, as well as additional upsell opportunities.
